you might try contacting the National Police Bloodhound Association
through the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department.
Their address is 416 S. Main Street, Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601. 


A good reference book is The Police Textbook For Dog Handlers by
Bill Tolhurst, available through Sharp Printing, 3477 Lockport Road,
Sanborn, New York 14132. 

Another good reference book is Bloodhounds and How to Train Them by
Leon F. Whitney, D.V.M., although the book is out of print and may be
expensive if you do find it.
