FILE ARCHIVER

This program was written as a utility to sort out the many downloaded
text files which include e-mail and posted messages.  The program
fuctions very similarly to a text editor but does not allow modification
of content.

It is recommended that this program be saved in the same directory where
your text files will reside.  It will also require the file:

	VBRUN300.DLL

Which can be found online.

Functions
---------
A single click on the file name in the left file list box will cause
that file to be displayed on screen.  Once a file is thus selected,
you have the following features available.

APPEND	This function copies the selected file and appends it to the
	end of a text file (extension .TXT) selected in the right file
	list box.  The original file is then deleted.

DELETE	Deletes the selected file.

RENAME	Renames the selected file.

CLEAN	Removes the spaces from the ends of lines in the selected file.

Copy Text	Copies text selected from the displayed document into the
		copy buffer.
