There is an organization of SAR dog handlers in Los Angeles. Try calling Sgt.
Ty Cobb of Inglewood PD at 310-412-5528 for more info. The Fire and Rescue
Division of the Office of Emergency Services in California runs the Urban
Search and Rescue program in California and SAR dogs are a big part of that.
