SAR Technology Inc. has received enthusiastic support for of its new 'Incident Commander Pro' software. Many Search, Rescue and Emergency Response organizations have adopted 'Incident Commander Pro ' to create mission maps. manage their missions, create pre-plans and document their resources. While many organizations have adequate funding to support their operations a number of smaller non-profit and charitable societies have asked for a special discount to help them purchase 'Incident Commander Pro''.

SAR Technology Inc. is pleased to offer a special Charitable Discount Program price  on its 'Incident Commander Pro' software to recognized non-profit & charitable organizations. A similar discount is also offered to these groups for the purchase of 'Incident Commander' Network Licenses.

Qualification Requirements:   To qualify for the Charitable Discount Program the SAR organization must be registered as a recognized non-profit or charitable organization. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation as a non-profit corporation, or documentation of a US Internal Revenue Service Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, must be faxed or mailed to SAR Technology Inc., as proof of non-profit or charitable status. An equivalent proof of charitable status may also be accepted from non-US organizations. (See Limitation to Charitable Discount Program offer below).

assistance. Time, weather, incomplete information available and
limited resources, both physical and intellectual, limit the chances of a
successful conclusion to any search & rescue operation. You agree to render
SAR Technology Inc. harmless and in no way whatsoever responsible for any
outcome of a search & rescue or any other operation, undertaken using this software.

SAR Technology Inc's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for defects in
materials and workmanship shall be limited to replacement of the Software.
This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from
accident, abuse or misapplication. In no event shall SAR Technology inc. or the
authors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including damages from loss
of income from any source, business profits, business or service
interruption, loss of information, personal losses, suffering, or any other
pecuniary loss) arising from the use or inability to use the Software,
even if SAR Technology Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
